1 x KL12485 Calcium Chloride (Pickle Crisp) – 500g

1 x KL15301 Calcium Hydroxide (Slaked Lime) – 500g

1 x KL12508 Magnesium Sulphate (Epsom Salts) – 500g

1 x KL05364 Phosphoric Acid 85% – 500ml

Adjusting water chemistry is often seen as the final frontier in all grain brewing. Controlling mash pH, getting the balnce between full bodied or crisp hop flavour, emulating the water profiles of the classic such as rich malty Bocks or classic Irish Stouts – often the right water profile is the last step to really nail in the flavour.
